Our website exclusively sells digital goods, including but not limited to IQ quizzes and downloadable content. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.

No Refunds

Once a digital product has been purchased and delivered (via download or access link), we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Exceptions

We only make exceptions to this policy under the following limited circumstances:

• You were charged multiple times for the same item due to a technical error.
• You did not receive access to the digital product due to a verified system failure on our end.

If you believe you qualify for one of these exceptions, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase at info@prfc.nl, and include:

• Your full name
• Order confirmation or receipt
• A detailed description of the issue

We will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.
